On a ten player table, 1 and 2 is on the blinds, 3, 4, 5, 6 are early, 7 and 8 are middle and 9, 1. Which starting hands you play depends on whether anyone else has placed a bet yet. You need a much better hand to call a bet than to be the first player to enter the pot. If you plan to reraise a bet you need a premium hand. NOTE: You do not have to follow these tables all the time.

It's good to vary your game so that your opponent will never know what kind of hand you have. Use them as a guide.
At micro tables you usually do not have to vary your play, since micro stakes players often do not allways pay attention. Early_position Unraised_pot Raised_pot Reraised_pot AA,KK Raise Reraise All- in QQ Raise Call Fold AK Raise Call Fold JJ. Late position: I you know that the players on the blinds are passive, you can raise anything against the blinds if no player has bet before you. Be careful though.
Micro level hold'em players often defend the blinds too much. Blinds: I generally don't defend the blinds. Play the really tight - only premium hands. Post- flop. Raise when you think you have the best hand. Don't just call. You want to make sure that people who have a worse hand do not get a free chance of getting the card they need to beat you. Bet between half the pot to two thirds of the pot. Sometimes a bet equal to the pot could also be right.
It is usually right to bet top pair and better. You can usually fold bottom and middle pairs. Allways fold when you think you are beaten and you can't improve your hand.
Micro stakes poker players will often call you down all the way. Assume that a player who bets against more than two other players is not bluffing. Do not bluff yourself against more than two players.
Don't bluff too often. Most micro stakes players are willing to call you down with bad hands. You most often need the best hand to win the river. If you do not have the best hand but you have a draw to a straight, a flush or need trips to win, use the following table. First count the number of outs you have.
An out is a card that gives you the winning hand.(Allways fold if you only have 3 cards to a straight or a flush - you need 4 cards to draw). Drawing_Odds   # outs. Example: You have a flush draw, As. Ks. Qs. 9h on the turn. This gives you an odds of 1: 4.
That means the pot needs to be 4 times larger than the amount you need to call. If your opponent has bet $1, dont call unless the pot is at least $4.
